Gratitude – adopting an attitude of gratitude is proven to increase happiness and who doesn’t want more of that in their life? Acknowledge 3 things you appreciate that you already have from waking to enjoy a new day, to family, friends or something else. Refine your thinking and focus more deliberately showing appreciation for it. Everything is true that you give your attention to so if you focus upon it then the Universal Law of Attraction will back it up by bringing more in for you.
Rehearse Your Dream Day – Do you have a dream outcome, goal, desire?
I’m sure you have lots of things you’d love in your life. How clear are you though on EXACTLY what it is you’d love to get out of your day? You can create virtually everything & knowing how your thoughts affect results it’s important you’re crystal clear in your thinking to get the outcome you desire. Energetic State – What is the feeling your dream, desire, goal gives you. Really feel into it trying it on for size. Now sum it up in just one word. When we want to loose weight, earn more money, find love it’s a feeling we are looking to find. We need to make a vibrational shift in order for these things to materialise. If we were already a vibrational match then they would already exist.
