• What will a Core Blueprint session actually tell me?

Within your Blueprint is a whole host of information relating to your natural traits, characteristics, career, relationships, family and finance information. It reveals your energetic qualities and what choices are most aligned to YOU as a Soul at your core. Once you have this knowledge future choices become easy because you know whether they are the right move for you in moving towards what you want to create in your life.

Once you understand who YOU really are it opens a whole world of possibilities to you so in short anything and everything. The main areas clients come to me to help improve are Money, Family Relationships, Love and Wellbeing. Generally most things lead back to falling into one of these categories however the information you will glean can be applied to absolutely every area of your life.

• Why a 21 Day Programme?

Firstly, the 21 day programme gives you a far more in depth understanding of YOU. It reveals the negative karmic patterns that you are currently holding within your emotional body. Once I have shared this with you then I will prepare a personalised clearing protocol to shift these once and for all. The clearing work takes no more than 5 mindful minutes per day!

• Where do you get the information from?

Your Blueprint information is gathered within the Akashic Records. Think of this along the lines of a ‘5D Google search engine’ that holds information of all the past, present and future thoughts, emotions and intents of every person.

• What are the Akashic Records?

Akash is the Sanskrit word for space or ether. The records are a vibrating storehouse of information and energy about the world and everything in it. Accessing the records can help heal the past, address the present and answer questions about the future by revealing how these energies are influencing choices and behaviour in the here and now.

• What are negative energy blocks & patterns?

These are like little pieces of software that we create through our life experiences that if over time we continue to hold on to giving energy to them in the form of our thoughts and beliefs then start to plague us and play out in our lives. They are held in your emotional energy body so invisible to the eye but if not addressed can result in a manner of ways including ailments, phobias, thought patterns that influence choices etc.

• What is my energy body?

You’re whole body is just energy particles vibrating to give it the illusion of being a solid form. Think of it like a Russian doll with layers that outside of our 3D physical is our 4D emotional body or subconscious that is the keeper of our thoughts, feelings, memories then outside of this sits our 5D energy body, soul or spirit. This is where those intuitive hits come from out of the blue or that sense of knowing that can wash over you.

• Why is understanding and maintaining my energy body important?

Your energy body is vital in every aspect of your life without it we are merely a physical shell. In essence it is your life force. Just like a new computer over time it will start to pick up bugs in the form of negative thoughts, glitches that cause problems, run cookies in the form of beliefs and system errors that can eventually cause things to shut down and a present variety of symptoms if left unaddressed.

• How do I know if I’m ready for this change?

Once you have bought your session and forwarded the information requested when placing your request I will get to work on preparing your Blueprint. This can take me anything between 3-5 hours behind the scenes depending upon which you select.
