What Happens After A Session
When emotional charge is released or new alignment is discovered, the nervous system often continues processing quietly in the background.
You may have noticed signs during your session such as:

✧ shifts in breathing
✧ feeling lighter or calmer
These are all signs that the body has naturally completed a stress response it was previously holding on to.
After the session, your nervous system continues settling and reorganising until it’s fully re-balanced.
This is completely normal.
